On the 29th of October, 林老师 asked us to bring the chinese 综合填空 practice for the 31st Oct remedial, right?. So here are the answers for it. Remember the entry proof (if forget photocopy from Mr F) identification(ez-link/IC/student pass) dictionary(well if u dun need) stationery(obvious) AND MEET AT CANTEEN AT 0715 SHARP

13th Nov/29th Dec meet in class at 0800 for Geography so Mr Yong can finish Coast then next year can finish human geog in time

Well some Good/Bad news :

Mr F will still be our form teacher(they dun normally change) then also our combined humans teacher
Mr Yong will still be our Geog teacher(he said it)
Mr Leong will still be our A maths and E maths teacher (He said it!)(so bye Mrs Long anyway heard she going on course next year)
Ms Chong should still be our Chemistry teacher("next year we can start on the new chapters earlier" note the WE) Sam i dun think VCSW would be but never mind she will be like GKS

Ms Wong wun still be our Physics teacher (BUT SHE SAID "we will file ur mock practical next year " note the WE )
Mr Lin will still be our HCL teacher (Wad !?!)
U hav recieved Physics, Chemistry and Biology holiday assignment
Chem (Ammonia wb) is dued (23rd Oct) if u havn't hand in put on her table when u come back during the holidays
Gotten back our Report Book
Next year is SYF year so many of us will be involved BUSY YEAR COMING UP
'O' level will be earlier next year
3-2, 3-3 starting on HOMEOSTASIS (Bio Chap 12) and THE NERVOUS SYSTEM (Bio Chap 13) And 3-3 starting on Current Electricity and DC Circuits(Phy unit 17 and 18) so they hav a head start for next year......but...... we r starting on differentiation (A Maths)
Should we as Mr Goh to teach us Bio in the hols after our chinese paper ?

well, i was confused anw

1) Arc Length [cm]= radius [cm] X angle[rad] {s = rθ}
2) Area [cm^2] = 1/2 X radius[cm]^2 C angle [rad] {A=1/2*r^2*θ}

after that would just have the conversions left lor.
π rad = 180°
360° = 2π rad
etc.

try to memorise some common radian-to-angle conversions too.
it'd be useful and faster for calculations during exams.

Degrees 0°_____30°_____36°_____45°_____60°_____90°_____180°_____270°_____360°
Radians 0 _____π/6_____π/5_____π/4_____π/3_____π/2_____ π _____(3π)/2________2π

&& tada. that's all for radian! (i think)
well at least until next year where we're gonna use it for A-maths..
just rmb that the unit of "radian" is used ONLY for angles.

Well, we are all students of the wise Mr Leong. today, he has shared with us an interesting piece of philosophy.

The battle are like the questions of ur A math paper, the war is the entire a math paper. Sacrifice one question, for the complete victory over the paper. :D

okie. i spent the morning reading up Ms Thian's PAINSTAKINGLY COMPILED notes. And i PAINSTAKINGLY SCRUTINISED the notes, and i found out the common kind of questions we probably would expect during the examinations, and the COMMON MISTAKE her students commit.

I would expect the SEQ to come out in either manner.

1. The questions gives u 3 factors (e.g Civilian armed force, Bilateral Relations, Defence Industry) And they ask u which is the most relevant/important

2. They give u 1 factor, and ask you the importance about it. U will be required to give another 2 factors.

So erms. study hard. haha

For the common mistake.

As class threeone, we must not be like others. We should be a cut above the rest (and i believe we are :D). Please refer to countries as HER, not IT. :D Yeps. It looks really stupid to call a country it. Names of ships are also her. she sunk, not it sunk. :S :D
